Ingredients
- 4 beef marrow bones (6-8 inches long)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 450°F (230°C).
- Place marrow bones on a baking sheet.

- Roast for 15-20 minutes until marrow is soft and bubbly.
- Remove from oven and let cool slightly.
- In a small bowl, mix parsley, chives, capers, and lemon juice.
- Sprinkle coarse sea salt on a serving platter.
- Place bones on salt and top with herb mixture.
- Serve immediately with toasted baguette slices.
