
Boiling Crab Recipe
Ingredients
- 2 pounds live crabs
- 1/4 cup Old Bay seasoning
- 2 tablespoons salt
- 1 tablespoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme

- 1/4 cup butter

- 1 lemon, cut into wedges
Instructions
- Fill large pot with water and bring to a boil
- Add Old Bay seasoning, salt, and black pepper
- Add paprika, cayenne, garlic powder, and onion powder
- Stir in thyme and oregano
- Add crabs and cook for 15-20 minutes
- Remove crabs and drain
- In small saucepan, melt butter
- Add hot sauce and mix well
- Serve crabs with butter sauce and lemon wedges
