Special Notes
Bierocks are a traditional German pastry filled with meat and cabbage. The dough is similar to a dinner roll but slightly sweeter. The key is sealing the edges well to prevent the filling from leaking during baking. You can customize the filling by adding different vegetables or spices. These pastries are perfect for lunch, dinner, or as a snack. They freeze well and can be reheated in the oven.
