Ingredients
- 3 cups cooked white rice, chilled
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1/2 cup onions, diced
- 1/2 cup carrots, diced
- 1/2 cup green peas
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce

Instructions
