Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Grease and flour two 9-inch round cake pans.
- In a small saucepan, melt chocolate with water over low heat.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt.
- In a large bowl, cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
- Beat in egg yolks one at a time.

- Cool and spread between layers and on top of cake.
