Special Notes
This crispy tofu is perfect for salads, stir-fries, or as a protein-rich snack. The key is to press the tofu well to remove excess moisture, which helps it crisp up in the oven. The combination of soy sauce and maple syrup creates a sweet and savory flavor that's irresistible. It's a great way to enjoy tofu even if you're not a fan of its texture.
