Ingredients

  • 2 ripe avocados
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 1 clove garlic, minced

  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon cumin
  • 1/4 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro
  • 1 jalapeño pepper, seeded and diced

Instructions

  1. Cut avocados in half and remove pits
  2. Scoop flesh into food processor
  3. Add sour cream, mayonnaise, and lime juice
  4. Add garlic, salt, pepper, cumin, and chili powder
  5. Process until smooth
  6. Add cilantro and jalapeño
  7. Pulse until well combined
  8. Taste and adjust seasonings
  9. Serve immediately or refrigerate
