Special Notes

This traditional Roman pasta dish is perfect for a special dinner. The combination of guanciale, tomatoes, and Pecorino Romano creates a rich, savory flavor that's authentic to the region. The key is to use guanciale instead of pancetta for the authentic taste. It's a great way to experience classic Italian cuisine at home.
